Nemanja Biondic founded NBAD in 2011. He worked as an art director in the United Arab Emirates before basing the studio in Belgrade. NBAD has built houses, apartments and hotels in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Nemanja is the lead on every project, from the first sketch to handover.

Full architectural services for houses, hotels and public buildings, from site studies and planning through construction to handover. We design for the climate and the site: orientation, massing and materials that hold up over time.
Interiors from concept to handover: layouts, joinery, lighting, furniture and styling. We prefer materials that age well, like natural stone, lime plaster, solid timber and woven fibres, and we design rooms for daily use.
Private commissions that Nemanja leads personally with one dedicated design lead. For clients who need discretion and direct access: principal residences, yachts and one-off hospitality projects.
